At Rubies & Pearls we understand that each event is unique and prefer not to offer pre-packaged prices. Instead, you receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation in which we discuss all of your plans so that we may create the perfect package for you. We give you complete personalized services while working within your budget. You may need...
- Full Service Planning* -If you are planning more than 5 months from the date of the event. (Discounts available for planning ahead)
- "Day-of-Event" Service*- If you are planning less than 4 months from the date of the event. R&P LLC does not have an actual "day-of" service but offers an abbreviated form of Full Service Planning for last minute and less demanding events (Small fee applied for "day-of-event" services)
- Vendor Coordination- We schedule appointments with vendors and venues for you and accompany you to them.
- Contract Review- We make sure that all contracts are thorough and that you will receive exactly what you expect from each vendor and venue.
- R& P Printing- Rubies and Pearls has an on-site graphic designer that is available to help you create the perfect invitation, RSVP card, place card, thank you note, direction card, program, and any other printing needs you may have.
- R&P Rentals- We have linens, dishes, glassware, chairs, candles, votives, table mirrors, and more for rent for smaller events. (15-100 guests)

*Both services include timelines and instructions to each vendor, participant, client, and venue. We stay on site the day of the event from the beginning to the very end so that each and every detail is taken care of from clean up to rental return.
