- Full Service Planning* -If you are planning more than 5 months from your wedding date. (Discounts available for planning ahead)
- "Day-of-Wedding" Service*- If you are planning less than 4 months from your wedding date. R&P LLC does not have an actual "day-of-wedding" service but offers an abbrevieated form of Full Service Planning for last minute and less demanding Weddings
- Complimentary Bridal Page- We give each bride the option to create her own custom, password protected, page for her family, friends, bridal party, and vendors.
- Vendor Coordination- We schedule appointments with vendors and venues for you and accompany you to them.
- Contract Review- We make sure that all contracts are thorough and that you will receive exactly what you expect from each vendor and venue.
- R& P Printing- Rubies and Pearls has an on-site graphic designer that is available to help you create the perfect invitation, RSVP card, place card, thank you note, direction card, program, and any other printing needs you may have.
- Etiquette Instruction- for the bride and groom, vendors, venues, guests, invitations, etc.
- R&P Rentals- We have linens, dishes, glassware, chairs, candles, votives, table mirrors, and more for rent for smaller weddings. (15-100 guests)
